The facility opened its doors on July 1, 2026, adding new supply to one of Central Florida's fastest-growing markets and expanding our footprint in the Southeast United States.
Sunny Storage marks the beginning of a long-term vision to deliver a modern, customer-focused self-storage experience in Central Florida.

This new partnership includes the implementation of our data-driven revenue management strategies, targeted digital marketing campaigns, and dedicated customer support. This holistic approach to management will give Sunny Storage the infrastructure it needs to hit the ground running from its very first month of operation.
We will be guiding the property through its full lease-up phase, focusing on rapidly increasing occupancy while maintaining pricing discipline for a facility that’s totally new to the market.
